Despite challenges, Ruby has raised close to $10,000 for Dance for Sick Kids and Ronald McDonald House Charities. At the recent Joe Demecoli Promotions event, she raised $2,839, dancing with all her heart. Ronald McDonald House showed her beautiful support by inviting her for a special visit to show her exactly where her raised funds are going and presenting her with a Certificate of Acknowledgment. Their kindness has meant so much to her.
Ruby also has several charity events booked for later this year, including fundraising for the Peter Mac Cancer Research Foundation. Peter Mac took care of my dearest mum during her battle, and supporting their work is deeply personal to our family. Ruby feels honoured to use her dancing to give back to the people who cared for her grandmother with such compassion.
As a proud WBC Cares Young Champions Ambassador, Ruby carries the values of compassion and service with maturity beyond her years. She has been booked for a charity performance on 31st October with Tazzie Brown Promotions in Tasmania, along with two additional events this year, continuing her mission to help children and families in need.
Thank you for always supporting young ambassadors who lead with kindness.
