The boxing world was devastated by the tragic death of NABF Champion Hannah Rapp, who was killed at the age of 26 by a driver with 13 prior convictions while she was bicycling in Texas with her boyfriend.
In addition to the many memorial services and gatherings in her honor, a special memorial will take place on August 8 during the MVP fights. The NABF President will be in attendance to present a WBC belt to her team, honoring her final fight for the WBC world championship.
The community has shown overwhelming support. WBC Cares conducted a candlelight ceremony and created commemorative tattoos to be worn in her honor.
Furthermore, her family has launched the “Justice for Hannah” campaign to advocate for a safer world, and the petition has already gathered thousands of signatures.
Hannah can no longer fight, so we are fighting for her.
