Giving back, inspiring hope, and honoring legacy in Phoenix
The WBC is incredibly proud of our own @trini8a, who led a powerful Back-to-School event at Central Boxing Gym in Phoenix. With backpacks, supplies, fresh haircuts, and breakfast, local students were set up for success.
But more than that, the event gave these kids something deeper—confidence, motivation, and a sense of belonging. Plus, $700 was raised to restore the gym’s iconic mural, preserving a meaningful part of Arizona’s boxing culture.
This day reminded us all that being a champion isn’t just about titles—it’s about giving back. It’s about showing up for your community and honoring the legacy that shaped you.
