Celebrating Inclusion: A Special Dinner for the Children
Teaching Diversity and Respect
For the past five years, we have been teaching our Hindu children about inclusion, diversity, equality, and respect for all religions. We believe that educating from an early age fosters empathy and peaceful coexistence.
A Gesture of Unity for Eid Mubarak
This week, in preparation for Eid Mubarak celebrations, we shared a special dinner with our children, organized with love and care. In a beautiful act of unity, a Molvi (Muslim priest) prepared a delicious Hyderabadi chicken biryani at his restaurant.
A Meaningful Meal
On Monday evening, we enjoyed a feast full of flavors and tradition:
🍛 Masala chicken biryani
🥛 Yogurt bhondi
🍞 Bread pakoras
🍰 Butterscotch fresh cream cakes
🥗 Green salad
🍬 Sweets
🧈 Desi ghee besan
Each dish was made with the intention of sharing, expressing gratitude, and celebrating together.
Gratitude and Blessings
We thank Dhan Guru Nanak Ji Maharaj for his blessings and the Molvi for his generosity. Seeing the children’s happiness reminds us of the importance of these moments of unity.
Let’s continue to promote inclusion and respect because our greatest strength lies in diversity. ❤️🙌
