What an honour for Ruby’s school to receive a visit from WBC Victor Silva. He attended to present the WBC Young Champions Belt to our new WBC Cares Ambassador, Ruby Bulner — a moment of pride for Ruby, her family, and the entire school community.
Victor spoke to the students about the values the school follows every day: courage, kindness, discipline, resilience and respect. He explained that boxing is built on these same principles, and the children immediately connected with his message.
“Champions aren’t defined by trophies,” Victor told the students. “They’re defined by their values — how they treat others, how they face challenges, and how they keep moving forward.”
The children were completely engaged, asking endless questions and soaking up every word. It was a warm, motivational conversation that left a real impact on these young minds.
By the end of the visit, the energy was incredible — the students were inspired, excited, and many now want to start training in boxing themselves.
