Celebrating Women in Boxing: A Historic Induction

On April 4-5, Las Vegas became the epicenter of women’s boxing as the International Women’s Boxing Hall of Fame welcomed new inductees. Legends like Jackie Nava were honored, while rising stars and pioneers gathered to celebrate their contributions to the sport. The event, filled with emotion and pride, highlighted the strength and resilience of women in boxing.

Among the honorees, Tiara Brown stood out—not only as an inductee but also as the newest WBC Cares Ambassador. A dedicated PAL officer and youth mentor, Brown has made an impact both inside and outside the ring. With an unwavering commitment to empowering young athletes, she continues to inspire future generations, proving that success is built on hard work, passion, and giving back.

With each induction, the legacy of women’s boxing grows stronger. The ceremony was not just a recognition of past achievements but also a reminder of the bright future ahead. As these champions continue to break barriers, WBC Cares remains committed to supporting and uplifting women in the sport.
